Award Winning Breakfast
It’s
all about breakfast at Compston House! Sue & Jerry
offer you the choice of a full American breakfast (with
Sue’s fresh, hot, homemade pancakes), a full English
breakfast (of course), omelettes overstuffed with cheese,
mushrooms, or tomatoes, or eggy bread as you like it-sweet
or savory! With sizzling home cured bacon and handmade
Cumberland sausages from our local butcher, and creamy
local free range eggs…just yummy.
The
pancakes Sue makes are homemade, using her own American
recipe. Sue can also make wheat free/gluten free pancakes!
The
blueberry muffins, which Sue makes every Sunday, are
also homemade and baked fresh for you that morning.
So,
if you go home hungry, it’s your own fault!
